OUR STORY

How I started:
After graduating from the Art Institute of Seattle's Culinary Arts program in 1998, I worked as a chef for many years.  In 2004, I started to venture out of my comfort zone and learn more about baking.  I was working at Luna restaurant in Spokane, Washington when an opening came available for an assistant pastry chef.  I took the job, and was eventually promoted to Executive pastry chef of the companies' two restaurants.  Wanting to expand my skills even further, I decided to teach myself how to make wedding cakes.  I began offering discounted prices to friends to gain experience and create a portfolio.  
 
Today I have over ten years of experience baking specialty cakes, and I love it.  I take pride in my work and would love an opportunity to talk with you and discuss our vision for your special cake.  Whether traditional or eccentric, simple, or elaborate, I will work with you to help your vision become reality.
